Super firm and I wear it under most of my clothes

Usually I am a large but got a medium since I read it is stretchy material. It fit just perfect. This is breathable material. I say this is good to waist train but also for gym. I still wear it to work. I am almost done with the medium going to order a size small soon. Highly recommend.

I have back/bra fat that sticks out when I wear high waisted compression pants and this waist trainer helps conceal/ train the fat. I love it and really help with the back fat that can't be compressed with a waist trainer. This seems bulky, but clearly doesn't look like it on and it does help with posture.
