I really like this. It fits well, the Velcro holds strong, and it's a great value. I wear it when I workout. It provides support for my lower back but all causes my stomach to sweat a lot more increasing fat burn in a tough weight loss area. It is bulky, but I workout at home, so I'm not trying to hide it. I'm happy with my purchase.
