Can I breathe in it? No, but who needs to when I look amazing!!!!!! It's hard to get on but once it's on your body is transformed!
All my other ones of the same size fit , but this one is extremely loose
I bought a large first and it did the job of picking up. I then proceeded to buy a medium and it fits even better. I think I can even fit into a small. This is not as tight as people say. If you do not have a really big big big belly wear your size. If you have a medium to regular belly you can size down so the shapewear can be snatched. The shorts parts are stretchy and even the material is a bit stretchy. I am 5'3 and weight 173 pounds.
